Will God Accept Me If I Come to Him Now — After Everything?
وَهُوَ ٱلَّذِى يَقْبَلُ ٱلتَّوْبَةَ عَنْ عِبَادِهِۦ
And it is He who accepts repentance from His servants. (Quran 42:25)

Will God accept me after everything? Yes. In His own words: 'as long as you call upon Me and hope in Me, I will forgive you whatever you have done.' He is already waiting for you.
يَا ٱبْنَ آدَمَ إِنَّكَ مَا دَعَوْتَنِى وَرَجَوْتَنِى غَفَرْتُ لَكَ عَلَىٰ مَا كَانَ فِيكَ وَلَا أُبَالِى
O son of Adam, so long as you call upon Me and hope in Me, I will forgive you whatever you have done, and I do not mind.

Yes. Yes. A Thousand Times Yes.
This is perhaps the most important answer in this entire site, so let it be plain: yes. Whatever you have done — however dark, however long, however many times — if you come to God now, sincerely, He will accept you. He says so Himself, again and again, in language almost too generous to believe.
The Promise in His Own Words
In a sacred narration, God says: 'O son of Adam, as long as you call upon Me and hope in Me, I will forgive you whatever you have done, and I will not mind. O son of Adam, were your sins to reach the clouds of the sky, and were you then to ask My forgiveness, I would forgive you.' This is not a loophole. This is His heart.
He Is Already Waiting
You do not have to clean yourself up first. You do not have to become good before you come — you come, and He makes you good. The God of Islam is not standing at the door with arms crossed; He is, as the Prophet ﷺ said, running toward the one who walks toward Him. He has been waiting for you.
Whatever you have done, and however far you have come — the answer is yes, and it always was.
