None of you truly believes until I am more beloved to him than his father and his children.

More Than Respect
Across the world, Muslims do not merely respect the Prophet ﷺ; they love him with a tenderness that surprises outsiders. They send blessings on him countless times a day, weep at the mention of his name, and long to see him in the next life. This love is taught, but it is also felt.
Why It Runs So Deep
He is loved because of who he was: the one who suffered for them, prayed for them, and on his deathbed worried not about himself but about his community — 'my ummah, my ummah.' He carried a message that gave their lives meaning, and asked nothing for himself in return.
